Wits Fitness | Henry C. Adams Memorial Library

Engage in interactive activities designed to enhance cognitive function and memory in Wits Fitness Brain Exercises offered by University of Illinois Extension. Current research indicates that challenging the brain is one of several things you can do to contribute to your own brain health as you age. Join Extension Educator Kara Schweitzer for brain challenges to train your brain and keep your wits fit!

2025 Wits Fitness classes will be held at Henry C. Adams Memorial Library, Prophetstown from 1:30-3pm on the following dates: January 14, February 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, October 14, and November 11. Please note, there will not be classes held in December in 2025.

Each monthly class is free and open to the public! Registration is not required but appreciated. Please call the library at 309-714-2699 to register. Participants are welcome to join the class at any time. For more information call 815-632-3611.
